Recitation Booking Portal

I understand that:

1. Welcome to the recitation booking portal. This portal is designed to help streamline the recitation booking process throughout the year and is accessible to all attendees.

   Please ensure the details are correct as you will receive a confirmation email and at times we may also need to reach you by phone.

   Upon selecting the dua, nawha, or marsiya you wish to recite, a member of the team will reach out to you before assigning the day for recitation.

2. You can only recite ONCE during the 12 Nights of Muharram (for Amaal of Ashura)
3. My Recitation will be limited to 1 or 2 times during the Holy month of Muharram
4. I am to complete the recitation within the time allocated to me in the confirmation email.
5. For Gents: Those who have not recited in previous 2 years Amaal of Ashura will be given priority to recite. Please do not book if you have recited in the past 2 years (i.e. 1445 and 1446).
6. Before receiving confirmation, I may be required to recite selected passages over the phone or in person, as recitations are assigned based on fluency, tajweed, makharij, and other essential criteria for a good recitation.
7. The email I receive after booking is NOT a confirmation that I will be reciting that day
8. I cannot substitute myself for another reciter when I have registered myself
9. If it is a group recitation, we will give everyone a chance to participate
10. If I am unable to recite on the day I have booked, I should contact jtc@jaffari.org for the Amaal of Ashura and reciters@jaffari.org for Marsiya/Nawha and Alaam/Taboot and jccltabligh@jaffari.org for all Ladies program recitations.
11. If there is a change in what I am reciting I will communicate it BEFORE the date of recitation or I will lose my spot
